Accessibility
The property is very accessible with double front doors. As previously stated, the house is distributed over three floors. Baby gates can be provided on request. The properties roof garden has railings enclosing the area, making it suitable for children.
The house is situated in a quiet side road. There is ample parking avalable in the surrounding streets and centre of town.
Further Details
Car rental is not essential, but recommended if you would like to explore the island and all it has to offer. Although public transport is reliable and fairly ecconomical.
Several fantastic beaches are close by. Cala St Vicente, Puerto Pollensa and Formentor. All offering their individual charm.
There are also two excellent golf courses close by. Pollensa Golf and Alcanada.
