LOVELY SUNNY AIR-CONDITIONED APARTMENT WITH POOL
This lovely bright and spacious apartment is situated in the Gommar area. The lounge/diner is air-conditioned/heated and has 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, tv (UK programmes), dvd and stereo. The balcony has a patio set and overlooks the gardens with beautiful views to Pollenca and the Traumantana mountains.
It has a brand new contemporary fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and sink. Full bathroom with a shower and a further guest toilet and handbasin. The two air-conditioned/heated twin bedrooms have plenty of storage space and each have their own balcony. There are two further single folding guest beds.
The complex of 12 apartments enjoy a shared pool with childrens section and areas to sun bathe in. There is a bar/restaurant with SKY tv/mini market within walking distance with it's own pool area and the lovely beach of Puerto Pollensa, with it's many bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes walk away.
The nearby Traumantana mountains are wonderful for walking and if you like sunbathing, birdwatching, cycling, watersports, eating out and generally relaxing then Puerto Pollensa is for you.

Accessibility
Stairs to the second floor. From the apartment the road to the beach, supermarket, and the resort are all on level ground and so there are no hills to climb if you wish to walk or cycle. Bicycles are available to hire in the port. Mallorca is just over 2 hours flying time from the UK. If you do book our apartment we will supply you with our own colour guide, including information about our apartment, resort information, places to visit, car hire tips, written directions and handy street map of Puerto Pollensa.
Further Details
A car is not a neccessity but there is off street parking if you do have one. Large supermarket 5-10 minutes away. Restaurant with Sky tv and swimming pool, Mini market/and Spanish bar within 100 metres.
Taxi rank just outside the airport building or hire a rental car in the terminal. Rental cars are cheaper if you book over the internet rather than at the airport, especially in the peak season. Local journeys by taxi are quite reasonably priced or you can take the bus.
